The mission of the JCCLC is to offer a safe, structured alternative educational program, which addresses student needs, encourages parental involvement, and facilitates change.

We believe the staff should address students' physical, social, moral, behavioral, and academic needs.
Primary Objectives

To improve academic success and create in the student the awareness of learning as a process.

To address a student’s individual behavioral problems and possible underlying causes for these problems.

To have the student assume responsibility for his individual successes/failures.
